If one was to read the PRs, filings and attorney opinion letters they would already know this.
Looks like some have catalysts coming with proper DD here! I'd Say g care of BCAP shareholders by executing what they have said they would do. The trail of real and verifiable DD is there for all to see. In the coming days, weeks, and months the company will continue to provide shareholders with clear and verifiable information regarding a host of additional material events.
In the coming months shareholders of BCAP will get their just rewards as the combination of revenue generated from Transfer and Registrar services, interest payments on owed debt, and the income from (5) IPOs coupled with Fully Reporting SEC status will indeed provide all the umph needed to prod those who have recently taken a seat on the sidelines here into being full on buyers.

The evidence is there. Savvy investors can see it for what it is. The only thing we need now is to exercise a bit more patience as the market begins to marinate on what many of us have already become quite familiar with, BCAP is a monster stock in the making.
In Florida they say if you don't like the weather...wait 15 minutes...In BCAP if you think you like the current PPS wait 30 days!
