no link, JMO re: what these 2 guys have done in the past.
i should have clarified that as my opinion.

anything can happen.
but look at their (Wilmot and Barwicki's) past. AND they've been stalling to complete. seems like they are 'scheming', imo.

prob. trying to sell the ticker and get some $ that way and then try to keep a % IF someone buys.
