It does not work that way. If a stock is worth .0030 it would bought at .0030 and supported at .0029. By saying you want cheapies , you are telling the ASTUTE INVESTOR that ANDI is only worth what you're willing to pay for it.

This is just the way it is, it's the nature of the game as I speak from many years of investing experience as well as having a higher education in markets and economics.
