Contracting Our First Client

And just what would a contract state? "We will sell you this many widgets but you have to wait till we build a facility to make them"

Yea right I would bye that also....NOT

As long as we are able to make the prototypes (I'm not confident this is possible today) we would be fine.

All we need is one fully functional Engel/Husky Injection Molding Machine on line to generate the initial pieces for evaluation of the prospect.

Upon contracting the order, we would need to acquire the necessary machines to fill the order.

Steipp stated the selling process from contact to contract is 1-2 years (previously 6-9 months) so there wont be a problem as we will have a year or two to get up and running/producing.

Chances are the client would need to make adjustments and require even more time to re-evaluate the revised prototype so again we will be fine.

I think LQMT revenue is a little further out than any of us longs would like, I believe we will dilute again between now and then.

Brace yourself for a decline in stock price before the big pop, I'm thinking we will be partying like it's 1999 but our party won't be until 2014/2015.
