I agree, and you can bet on when BJ brings the findings of Chilean Court v Barrick Chile back to Canada soon after, one would think that heads will roll, although this has taken along time, I think it is a step in the right direction and perhaps will take longer due to bs court appeals and the like, barrick will have to try its best to drag this out, I do not know how many more tricks of appeal they could have but I do know that if Barrick Chile does not bring titles to court this friday, they will be the first in hot water from the same judge that barrick tried to move the court procedings from into another district or provice.
