JTFM, I know that my rambling doesn't help or bring positive DD we all looking for. I really hope your input will turn out to be right on the money. I solute you for all your time and effort into investigative work shared with the MB.
I don't mean to kick the dead horse, but the confusion is boiling over. You seem to be convinced and comfortable with the notion the merger is positive for us, BPAX investors.
You see, nobody here was able to make the convincing case for it.
Is this just misunderstanding, lack of knowledge, are we to dumb to see this big and bright picture?
In addition PPS / Market doesn't like this deal also. Day after day in red. It can't be just MM manipulation. Shorts?
If you read trough Spanky's post, he basically spells out most of the management missteps that brought us here against this wall.
Sure, we all tried to spin them to create positive picture.
$1.30 is the outcome as of today, 5 cents above all time low.
Management has still nothing to worry about, golden parachutes are almost ready.
