So if you agree, we have no reason to doubt that they are producing food in Kansas based on their previous track record. You have only made a case for doubting that they will be able to sell said food.

So I will take the liberty of substituting the word "hyped" for the word "produced", replace extraneous capital letters with their proper case equivalents and agree that:
The food product that AAPT abandoned in the Nebraska warehouse is different than the food product currently being produced.

I will add that the "world's largest retailer" didn't commit to 7 SKU's for the previous food products nor did the "number one in Sales-per-Square-Foot drugstore chain" say the previous food would be on shelf in more than 250 of its metro locations.

So before the demand was from a much smaller chain (1300 stores) and it didn't work out. Now the demand is from much larger chains (40000 stores) and its only a matter of time.
