I agree that AAPT was producing food in Nebraska. I also agree that they FAILED to sell that food product to the 1300 Food Lion stores that Lisa/Barry had HYPED in Press Releases.

I also agree that they broke the Nebraska lease, and left the unsold (or spoiled) food product in the warehouse while they ABANDONED the facility.

I also agree that I could NOT find that AAPT had registered with the State of Nebraska (as required) by the Nebraska Department of State.

I also agree that the food product that AAPT ABANDONED in the Nebraska warehouse is DIFFERENT than the food product currently being HYPED.

Fair enough?
