Thanks for that Braelorne, why would somebody pay taxes on something that is not 100% in their name?

Makes Sense to me that Barrick does not own that land or they would have paid the taxes and mined as well, Jorge will probably pay the taxes or half of the taxes once this is over and barrick loses all avenues to acquire the land that they could not mine for the past 17 or so years.
