C'mon MightyThor...the investors need some clarification on some things. Can you please clear the air on some things.

Why is the TA gagged?

Is it possible for you to convert the preferreds into 10 Billion common shares and potentially dilute BCAP into oblivion?

Why isn't the share freeze in the amended AOI or the bylaws?
