I think it is certainly manipulation - but it isn't going as expected. There are just too many unanswered questions for any serious investors to become involved.

There is too much bad history for SRGE.

Too much information that is released via press releases or what is obviously fake websites - this can't be denied it is a fact.

Too much involved with SRGE that can't be verified. I really believe many investors are concerned with the CEO and no work or education history. With financing companies that have no footprint or nothing else associated with them but SRGE. These are facts concerning SRGE.

Concerned that with all of the proclamation that SRGE is a real company but is being promoted by WSIN the same company that does many of the companies that APS promotes - real companies don't do this.

This isn't a dishonest use of SRGE information, it is questioning SRGE mis-information.
