Gentleman, after initial drop, which came from people's natural reaction to mostly R/S WORDING IN THE NEWS, now the PPS is treading water on very low volume. It smells like accumulation, it feels like accumulation, it is accumulation. If the situation would be bad, PPS would be already pushing 50 cents. And most likely law suits would be filed.
