I have to say its amazing how people just all of a sudden show up and starting pointing out things without even looking at the whole picture like the divesture. The CEO was smart and killed a part of the business that was losing more money than generating....If you don't like his plan don't invest. I love his plan. I think he has done an awesome job. I mean what other penny stock has virtually no debt. What other penny stock acquires companies or products for CASH and doesn't issue shares. I mean come on.

Cliff in regards to your issue with being scared....I still don't understand it because frankly after every major company reports earnings they issue a conference call. You know Dustin and you know you money is safe. I'm sorry to see you go but frankly, your going to end up losing money in the long run. But your choice is your choice.

All I can say is I am long. I support this stock for the exact same reason whynot, converse, ron and longmike to say a few. Look at the all the NOBO lists from all the way back till I believe January and you will see that 1405 shareholders just don't come out of nowhere. Furthermore, I may not agree with that ANDI is like any other Nasdaq stock, but seriously what company has a following of 1405 shareholders. What CEO has not only cancelled preferred shares but reduced the conversion structure. Any other penny stock would have issued countless number of shares and diluted the market in order to acquire products or companies, but not Dustin. He is a smart man. Have you seeen this diluted. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! Dustin knows what he is doing. The conference call is simplyt to explain Digispace and the acquisition details (I would assume) and to maybe preview financials and give a timeline of when they should be out. AND GUESS WHAT EVERYBODY....they have to be out in the next week because there due by OCT 31st. Hmmmmm...I would say perfect timing for a conference call.
