These audits take a considerable amount of time to complete, so it hard to say in advance how long this will take.

This company is one guy in his spare bedroom with very little to no business over the past years. There is nothing complex to audit and supposedly the papers were almost done 16 months ago. Obviously he has either lied and made no effort to file or refuses to file for a reason.
