These audits take a considerable amount of time to complete, so it hard to say in advance how long this will take. And if he gives a timeframe and the accountant is overdue it will only open Jim up for more BS & yammering... By the way, he is complying to the demands of the SEC and I don't think he will jeopardize anything in the meantime! So no interim reports are needed, we all know it will take some time to complete...
