The biggest falsehood posted here is that naked short sellers don't exist. Any intelligent investor that's done research on naked shorting knows that it exists and has caused many legitimate startup companies to fail because of it. Do some companies use the naked short excuse to cover up illegal activity, of course they do, but that's not the case here. BCAP is legitimate and is going to make a lot of people a lot of money in the near future.
