That may be your own personal interpretation and speculation as to what the pr says, but that's NOT WHAT IT STATES!

It states, the share structure is locked until 2014 leaving ZERO room to convert any preferreds as they can ONLY(key word ..only) be converted if there is room under the A/S.


So in review......there is no room to convert under the locked until 2014 share structure.
