One obvious catalyst that is being misused is the Short factor ..

As far as filings .. I reckon we all must read them and comprehend them differently .. . Human nature ? ..

I know what I read , if I comprehended it wrong ,that is my issue .

This company is simply not making money .. as most it is selling shares .
