I have taken screenshots of several of your posts and forwarded them to Matt Dwyer since these appear to be recurring themes following the 10/18/2012 PR.

If he responds and addresses those concerns I'll post them here time permitting. That should be satisfactory for all shareholders (current or prospective) who read this board.

What we know right now is that the share structure is frozen until July 1, 2014 and the O/S is maxed (except for 34m shares). It has been this way for almost 12 months with no change whatsoever.
