Feels like a buyout to me. Reason, it is huge to file that period of financial all at one shot. Lots of work put in while the company was quiet. I like this company for the same reason some do not like it. They keep quiet for as long as they want, do no believe in fluff news, nor do they care if the shareholders make noise during quiet period. But they do what they have to do very quietly! Time will tell .....
