The huge undertaking that just took place in preparing the financials was AIMHO done by request...the company that requested it did so to help expedite the next acquisition/merger...this will put some nice revenue on the AUCI books in the not so distant future...

I do not believe the filings were prepared for an up list..I believe it was done for this transaction that will bring large revenue and after that is completed the up list will follow...AIMHO...

See ya at a NICKLE if that happens...and then some if the revenues are in order....just my take...just my opinion...we shall see...
