No, I blame External Influences for contributing to the problem and then trying to shovel the blame off on CEO Evans.

SGCP would not have had to sell as many shares as they did, if there had not been wholesale Value Destruction by External Influences at every critical juncture along the way. Old timers remember the "soysaysmoo period," the "eyeamdim" period, the "dupedby" period, the "el chimpo" period, and so forth. These weren't figments of the imagination.

Tell me, does this accurately reflect some of your observations?

"What a total POS this turned out to be and will always be.
sell now to avoid R/S COMING.
IT'S AN INJUSTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS TO PAWN THIS POS AS A MINIMG CO,
the technology is called lying thru your a$$ so you can pump and dump.
R/S = Vaporization of all your funds.
dilution negates all things that are positive with this co, that is and always will be fact!
0001 and R/S ARE THE ONLY WAY OUT AND FOR THIS CO TO CONTINUE AS A GOING CONCERN
They should stop pretending to a be gold mining co and stick to farming and change their status to a non-profit Org so Dougie Boy and John can solicit donations honestly and not scam the investing public.
A r/s will completely wipe out your equation and then some. a 1:1000 r/s and no one will have a chance in hell of recovering their money again."

Did I misquote anything?

External Influences engaging in Value Destruction got exactly what they wanted when the share price dropped.

It is counter-intuitive to engage in Value Destruction, and then suggest the opposite effect was desired. Can't have it both ways.

External Influences screwed SGCP and shareholders out of upwards of 2 BILLION AUTHORIZED SHARES, and then conveniently deny responsibility.

CEO EVANS wouldn't have had to sell as many shares if he had some of those needlessly lost shares available for current SGCP operations right now.
