it's humorous to me that you all are demanding that they provide this and that, actual test data . . . as if what, the company or Intertek answers to you or any other expert here on this board that their findings have to meet your criteria?

And do you also find it humorous when you spouse says repeated that something is going to be done, but it does not happen ?
It is only a matter of
a) expecting the company to do what it repeatedly said would happen
b) hope the company follows a course that is believed to lead to better relations with investors and better market opportunities
c) being ticked off at being left in the dark without a handle to assess whether WDRP will turn out to be an investment, or just another flip
