I'm not saying that the SEC is perfect or never engage in fraudulent acts but there or companies in the OTC that have been trading for years that haven't been chilled and or suspended. Every government agency is ran by imperfect humans who are greedy and corrupt in some way or another. But I still say Mark needs to either be trained by someone who runs a public company or get some professional advice before doing anything from here on out as to avoid anymore problems. I believe he needs help. He already had to redo the Q3 financials 3 times due to errors. Errors that if we where to get back on the pink sheets could have come back to bite us.
