It,s not about shares. Your broker is a conduit to the market. I.E. trading, they just place my order in hope of finding a seller/buyer in the most efficient way possible. End of story, the only time i ever had a problem was when a stock i owned was hated. PCFG is not halted. use a discount broker you get discount service.
