I just tried to place order via Ameritrade and wont let me. It has same message as two days ago mentioning DTC chill order. It makes no sense, when one broker has chill notice and another has nothing. What is interesting with Ameritrade you are able to place buy orders, but sell orders you able to place, even with ridiculous price of $1.50 per share. Do you think Scottrade will continue selling till they run out of shares?
