Wow that means if Matt came across a sweet IPO with 5mil in Revs.

he could takeover for 100,000,000 Shares that he would just have to

pass on the deal deal because the Board can't vote increase A/S

or do a R/S to make the room to acquire it.

IMO thats just not good business.....

Which brings up the question why have a BOD or a CEO if the BCAP

long and strong are running the world wide company?
