Thank you for your email, and I apologize for the delay in responding - my computer has been out for servicing for the past 48 hours.

Thank you for your interest, and investment, in CDIT. I am happy to discuss your questions with you on the telephone. However, I can tell you that the shares issued to date are 125,000,000 as when we went public, and that there are fewer than 14,000,000 in public float currently.

With respect to your other questions, please feel free to give me a call early next week. Monday is Canadian Thanksgiving holiday. Alternatively, please let me know a couple of time that I will be able to reach you, and I will confirm a call with you.

I'm going to try to set up a call with Michella sometime this week. If anyone has any specific CDIT questions they would like me to ask please post here and I will try to get answers.
