Southridge Enterprises Inc (SRGE)

SRGE has been very easy to contact. I spoke with their investor relations twice yesterday. Discussed filings, recent PR, etc.
Her reply to me was that they have been extremely busy with all of the recent aquisitions and that financials and filing will be out shortly, but she does not know of any specific dates at this time.
I also sent SRGE an email yesterday and received a reply direct from Michael Davies [e-mail]
Although their filings aren't current to justify all the recent news, I do believe that we are very very very close. They are taking calls and returning emails which IMO speaks volumes. It's not difficult to find other mining companies with the same on goings as SRGE that are currently trading @ well over $1.00
Southridge has done exactly what they set out to do in their mission statement so I am in no hurry to rush to any judgement. The facts have been released in recent PR. It will all be confirmed in filing to come.
We are sitting on fortune here. $$$
