My gut feeling is that the "Big One" is coming ....a huge private placement will be out there soon....and if the pps is still in the drink it may be in the best interest of some investors to review it and make up there minds ...are we in this or not !! My feeling is that if Monday's court decision or whenever it is remanded to, comes out in Jorge's favour that it will be a no brainer to jump in ...The Company will be in the position to complete the JV as signed ...My Opinion of Course
