People make their own investment choices. All stocks, BCAP and others go up and down in trends. What one does in either case makes for one's trading success. BCAP as been up and BCAP has been down. TRADERS have done well here by using their TRADING knowledge to buy and sell as needed to stay in the back. If one as not TRADED since .002 they are a HOLDER and not a TRADER. This is a fundamental distinction.
The HOLDERS you allude to if still holding will get a chance to become TRADERS again real soon. But then if they continue to hold and not trade that can only be attributed to their own ability as a TRADER.

BCAP- real TRADERS- know when to hold em, fold em, and walk away.....and when to run to the bank to load up the boat on cheapies!
