Good question, megatron31. Having traded many BK stocks the PPS usually drops 70%-80% from the day BK PR is out. So, Once you see a stock losing some 75% in a day you START taking position the next day.
The reason it doesn't go to 0 is there is some value left in BK stocks that deters shorts from sending the PPS to 0.
Just my two cents.
