What's keeping this from going straight to 0?

I'm familiar enough with bankruptcies to know that common shareholders are the last to get paid, so why would this find support around the .07 -.09 range?

Does the bankruptcy/ reorganization mean that SATC eventually starts to trade under a differect ticker?
