Chuckerfmfla, concerning the dividend, this is how data and all of us come up with the most likely scenario.

IDWS only has 40,000,000 shares outstanding.

The HLS division being sold off is going to sell for $35-40 million as per the PR late last week. They will announce the final number this week. Possibly over $40,000,000.

A $40,000,000 sale divided by 40,000,000 shares outstanding is going to be nearly $1 per share. Subtract all normal costs and we're estimating a dividend of $0.75 a share.

Getting into IDWS right now is a no-brainer. You pay $0.24 for a $0.75 dividend. RIDICULOUSLY SIMPLE MATH, BUY. Shorts have been battering this stock down and the CEO and all shareholders are fed up with this garbage. The shorts will pay, literally. For every share shorted, the shorter must pay the cash dividend.

If 10 million shares are shorted by an institution, a $0.75 dividend would mean that institution would be forced to pay $7.5 million dollars. LOL, this is going to get fun.

A huge dividend + short covering + spin off shares of 995ad.com + price appreciation = RIDICULOUS ROI.

WE ARE GOING TO BE RICH. I can't believe I'm about to get a dividend around $80,000 - $150,000 this year LOLLOLOLOLOLOLLOLOL!
