If I take the $35-40 Million value of the buyout and divide by the 40 Million outstanding shares that would be $1 per share. Subtract 15% tax on dividends that would put around $.85 cents per share value of buyout. This is if company pays out all proceeds as special dividend. Even half would make this stock alot more valuable than trading now. IMO
