I have a sense that many penny stocks are being investigated with regards their involvement in the Fairhills litigation. SNDY is one of these companies.

I AM NOT SAYING THAT SNDY HAS DONE ANYTHING WRONG.

I can't find anything that even comes close to intimating wrong doing on SNDY's part.

Could it be that the two men indicted from Fairhills bought and sold SNDY stock as part of this scheme and that SNDY was an innocent party to it? I think it might be.

We'll learn more in the future days.
