Read the tape. No one is selling anything. Float is locked. Check out what kind of shares have been used to bring the price down for the past week.

One of two things will happen in the next couple of days; Margin calls on the short positions or some much awaited news. Both would be nice cuz trading is so thin right now that it could easily push it to 3 pennies before you know it.
