The payout of a dividend goes to the managment as much as the investors...If managment is dumping shares, there should be a record of that. I have heard people reference a form 4? Really though, managments best bet is to capitalize via a dividend on a sale of the technology then dumping shares into the open market. Dumping shares is very petty and hardly an income for belly dancers in a bar somewhere...
