Because in my opinion, this is one of the biggest scams trading in the pinks today. Nothing this guy issues in PRs is to be counted on as the truth. Its as if he sits around and asks himself everyday "what can I say to get more marks to buy into my con game?" and then comes up with the claim du jour.

I am especially ticked off about the false float and O/S numbers being bandied about on this board and other message boards. That is a material issue on which everyone who posts it should be fined and or jailed. It is a lie and there is no question about it. That's why datatech/watchdog/downs will not address the issue directly himself. He knows it is a lie and doesn't want to get busted for it. He would rather let jux AND laptoptrader take the heat when the SEC comes knocking.
