They delisted to save money and put it into production, rather than filings.

And there's another one. What a load.

Funny stuff. Stervc "research" indeed!

SRGE is no more real than the tooth fairy.

And saying they deregistered to "save money" is not true. They spent 10X or more on the promo than they ever did on SEC compliance. Just like almost every other former penny stock SEC registrant, they filed a Form 15 for one reason and one reason only.
