Sounds like an escape goat pointing the finger on a lawsuit. This is the first hearing about this. Haven't seen it posted anywhere. So the other times none or late quarterly statements is some one else fault? With all they stated, it must have cost some funding for the FDA 510K approval and other stated advancements in the company. Got to spend it to make it. They are on the right track and maybe should stay more focused.
