I would have to disagree as all fingers point in your direction. I'm open to the idea of someone else besides you spamming out these fake newsletters, there's never a shortage of people willing to lie, cheat, and steal in penny stocks. For a while now you've been hinting at Kevin Kleinman being the real culprit behind this, and have even acted as if there's evidence to support it. Anyone who's followed Kevin for a while knows he's a shady guy and it would be foolish to put this past him, but so far we have nothing physical linking him to it, everything points to pennymafia.com. If there's info floating around that may be able to clear you of this why would coming out with it be such a negative thing?
