I agree... and this is the reason I stated before.... I am more confident than ever we will have some hint of company news tomorrow morning as the ASM week begins.

They have something in the bag to be pulled out tomorrow.... and an IST update would be the way to go. My order of preference that would be beneficial:

1) Positive closure of the investigation...
2) Positive indications of IST trials
3) Non-dilutive financing deal
4) Letter to shareholders...update us on what they can.... .... ... could range from Bavi/Cotara/Imaging/update with BP talks...pre-update before ASM

... those would have the most impact... and since #1 goes hand and hand with #3 --- I am in favor of them releasing updates from one or multiple IST Bavi trials.
