Postpone the most important news in the companies history, no way
They must state there is no new information available before voting
on anything favorable for the management team. It would be to their advantage to announce favorable news prior to the meeting and how they are handling the potential cash problems and the future of the company.Good news will help in a buy out ,too many investors have been burn over the years and Wall street has too many tricks in keeping biotech down even good ones.
