1manband..."SRGE. SEC action is long-overdue" Have at it. You and your friends here will have a lot of work a head of you proving it's not real, lol. Explain how after 8 years of filing the SEC will investigate a company that went dark a few months ago. A company that has stated in the last three press releases that they are working to relist.

Reliasting will take as little as 45 days after completing the necessary paper work, which I'm sure by now has already been done.
