Whomever is naked shorting BCAP will soon have to deal with it on the move to OTCBB where FINRA Reg SHO and new short rules will force the cover. No worries. S-1 filing is much closer than anyone realizes and shorts will not win here. They will lose big money here. They are on the wrong side of the trade.
