Wrong. BCAP cannot dilute #1 and if you bothered to read the Q2 financials
you would know from reading rhe Subsequent section of the report that BCAP
generated $70,000 profit for Q3 with income from conversions in RIGH.

Short and distort not gonna work here. Shareholder base too Strong!
