Capitulation. Exactly. That is why EMOTION generally kills people in investing. There is no doubt, whatsoever, in my mind that the people that make the most money have almost no emotion whatsoever because they sell at the exact time that the emotion of the market says to buy and they buy at the exact time that the emotion of the market says to sell. It doesn't always work, of course, but this is a game of percentages.
