Entreprenuer types that run these businesses are always overly optimistic about the timing of stuff. It is the attorney types that understand that the legal stuff takes a long time. They are still saying merger/acquisition is on. Why publicly broadcast that through FB in October if it wasn't true? It is coming and it is going to be huge! I can wait.
