Hi Steve, Yes and Yes....the sb2 is effective, to my knowledge, also mmxt (former dividend stock) will be used to finance us through the merger and positive cash flow and hopefully beyond, I say beyond in assumption of the revenue becoming positive on a cash flow basis sooner rather than later.
We have deep pocket investors that want in on this deal and are licking at the chops to do so! They want in badly because they agree with management that the industry is on the runway ready for takeoff. Remember, I said that is the real issue here, why? merger..in play, funding....in play,....Industry ready for take off?....we all believe so! mariomax
